The Roane County Republican Women will hold a fund raising Soup & Salad Supper on February 19, 2009 at the Kingston Community Center. It will be from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. The cost is $5.00 per person. Following the Supper, the Roane County Republican Party will hold their reorganization convention starting at 7:00 PM.

Congratulations to Laura Charles
Congratulations to Laura Charles who was selected to receive the "Tottie Ellis Award" for 2008. The award was presented to her in Washington, DC at the Eagle Council meeting. This is a scholarship to attend Eagle Council given to a bright, accomplished and dedicated young woman to encourage her to take her place of leadership in the world of conservative politics.
